A new plan...

So I think I've exhausted every pathway to finding paid summer work. I'm a little bit bummed that nothing seasonal has turned up from the SETCs or Leagues, or any of my local auditions. Stuff is just cast. Ugh.

Today marks the first voyage into community theater land. Lots of good work is done here, and it'll still be a good way to get a role under my belt and on my resume. I'm hoping for either a lead in a community group or a part in a Cap Fringe Festival show, which is a great way to be seen by local casting directors and talent scouts. A sure-fire way to get some reviews in the local papers. 

This is a crazy time for auditioning! Got 2 today, 3 tomorrow, a bunch next weekend....oy!
