Fairytale...exactly

Taylor Swift is 20 years old. She has won
- 2010 Grammy Album of the year for "Fearless"
- 2010 Grammy for Best Country Song
- 2010 Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal
- 2010 Grammy for Best Country Album
- Video of the year Country Music Awards
- Teen choice awards
- Milestone achievement awards
- Artist of the year awards
- etc etc etc

She has basically won every award in the industry, crossing over from country to pop, from 2007 - 2010.

AND SHE CANNOT SING IN TUNE LIVE TO SAVE HER LIFE.

What is the problem with the music industry these days? Does no one pull her aside and say, "Taylor hunny, congratulations on Album of the Year, but you were a little flat. Remember to keep the pitch up? Don't push it?"

or

"Wanna have a voice lesson next week?"

No one is a perfect performer, the learning curve never stops. However, when you are recognized as the best in your industry, I would hope that you would be capable at performing your art live. Is her music still art when it is processed in studio to be tuned? Would she still be Artist of the Year if she wasn't tuned on all of her recordings?

Yes she is a gifted songwriter, and sure, she is young - but I don't find that excusable. She is wealthy beyond wealthy. Live singing technology is amazing; she is capable of hearing herself while she sings onstage. She needs training.

She was flat singing with Stevie Nicks!!!!!

Check her out on SNL. I couldn't find her performance, but her opening monologue was pretty bad, too.
